Abi K's latest EP 'Let's Begin' is out now!

including the single 'just say yes'

Abi's single 'Just Say Yes', was released on 20th april 2020 (available on numerous music platforms). Demonstrating music and vocals with more grit and sensuality than her previous Jazz and Blues influenced self entitled EP; released in 2016. This change in writing and vocal dynamics is due to 4 years of performing with various bands and artists an Abi stumbling across the likes of D’angelo, Angie Stone, Erykah Badu, India Arie, Hiatus Kaiyote amd Vulfpeck. As well as drawing upon her long time influences: Joss Stone, Amy Winehouse, Ray Charles, Ella Fitzgerald, and Billie Holiday.

The track was produced, mastered and mixed by the trusted Jared Bryant of Severn Valley Studios, who perfectly understood how to make Abi’s visions a reality; and was brought to life by Abi and her Neo-Soul/Rnb/Pop band 'Abi & The Swing Pigs'.

Once lockdown is over, Abi aims for a video to accompany ‘Just Say Yes’. So keep your eyes as well as ears open.
